In Mineola, we believe that it is our collective responsibility to intentionally cultivate an equitable, learner-centered environment in which all learners have a sense of belonging, find meaning and purpose in their work, and possess the inherent belief that their ability grows with their effort. We believe that cultivating this environment will empower all learners to possess the self-efficacy, agency and resilience necessary to thrive within their life-long learning process; continuously pursuing excellence, exhibiting strength of character and contributing to a global society.
